CURRENT LIMITATIONS
These are the current limitations on character applications. Please read them carefully.
MAGIC
Please recognise that magic is currently banned on AB. This may sound a little contradictory as it is a fairy tale roleplay, but we have plans in which magic will be introduced into the world, so please do not create anyone who can use/do magic. What is permitted is a character who has a strong interest in it (believes in it but can't actually use it for example) or setting up a character who will use magic in the future when we initiate the plot-line (we are unsure when this will happen so please don't make magic the sole importance of this character). For now, we advise that all magical fairy tale characters be left until magic becomes a part of Vienne.
FANTASY SPECIES
This is a humans only roleplay. As the forum progresses and we wish to add in more twists and complexities, familiars or magical species may be added. But for now, all characters are human. We advise that, therefore, any characters that are specifically non-human remain unclaimed until or plot changes, simply for ease and confusions sake. If you don't believe a character is defined by being the species they are then feel free to convert them to human.
ROYALTY
Currently, any additions to our royal family are banned. The only characters in the family are Char's family. Of which have plans of their own for future forum plotting. Please do not make your character a member of the royal family.
Please, also, do not make your character a royal from a far off land. Over the course of the forum's plotting we will introduce ambassadors, embassies and royalty from other lands coming to Fae and advertise this accordingly in our News and Announcements board. At this point we will ask for royalty characters. However, until then, please bare in mind that any princess/prince roles will have to be reinterpreted or substituted for "nobility" or "bastard" lines.
